Traditional Wu Shu practice does always consist of form practice, to develop an understanding of coordination and exercise natural reflexes. Masters of such a routine can relax their body and mind and express themselves fully on an emotional level. The advancement of a student is easy to determine by the Tao Lu routines. In the Wudang San Feng Pai there are many stages of form routines from beginner to master.

Is there a way to get the posture lists of the individual forms?
I find I can learn faster if I have a video to see and a page to read while not practicing.
